Returns and Refunds

The right to withdrawal is regulated in accordance with the law (Italian Legislative Decree 185 - 22 May 1999).

The customer-consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason whatsoever.

To exercise this right, the customer must send to info@ingenito-abbigliamento.it a notification within 30 working days from the date of delivery of the goods.

Without prejudice to the cost of repairs for verified damage to the original packaging, Ingenito Abbigliamento will refund the customer the entire sum paid for the product after deducting any shipment costs on reception of goods.

The right to withdrawal is in any case subject to the following conditions:

  • the goods purchased must be intact and returned in the original packaging, complete in all parts (including the packaging and any documentation and accessories);
  • adhesive labels or tape must not be applied directly to the original packaging of the product;
  • in the case of clothing and similar goods, the label identifying the garment must be returned. Therefore you should try the item on without removing the label and the relevant seal, as goods cannot be returned unless they are in the same condition as when they were received.
  • The shipment is made, up to documented receipt in our warehouse, under the customer's full responsibility.
  • Ingenito Abbigliamento is not liable for any damage, theft or loss of goods returned by non-registered shipment.
  • The customer must use the same courier of the shop Ingenito Abbigliamento, prior written notice to the store to arrange the withdrawal

Replacement:
You can change the size, model or colour of goods purchased from Ingenito Abbigliamento

To exercise this right, the customer must send to info@ingenito-abbigliamento.it a notification within 30 working days from the date of delivery of the goods.

The shipping costs of the returned and replacement merchandise will be borne by the customer.

In case the good in replacement has a different price from the original good, the difference will be charge to the customer or Ingenito Abbigliamento will deliver a coupon to the customer.

In case the goods requested for the replacement are not available, the customer will be contacted by our Customer Service to evaluate a replacement or to make a refund of the paid amount
